Undergraduate Conditional Letter of Admission
A Conditional Letter of Admission does not guarantee
admission to the University of South Carolina. You must meet all
conditions stated in the letter.
For a Conditional Letter of Admission to undergraduate study at the
University of South Carolina, you must:
- Pay the processing fee ($50 - send to EPI, payable to USC [if not
paid with EPI application]).
- Mail original English version of transcripts. (If you attach them to an
email or fax them, you need to send the originals as soon as possible
to: Anneliese Dessart, Adminssions/Immigration Coordinator, Byrnes
207, 901 Sumter, Columbia, SC 29208 - USC.)
- Download, complete, and fax this form.
Download the form.
- Please go to Majors to
chose the department in which you want to study, then chose the specific
major and enter it
in the space provided in the application for conditional admission.

Although conditional admissions at the graduate level are few, some
departments offer conditional admissions for graduate students. Contact
