Cliff Apartments

Cliff Apartments is a high rise building consisting of nine (9) floors and 105 apartments. There are sixty-five (65) one-bedroom, apartments, eight (8) small two-bedroom and thirty-two (32) large two-bedroom apartments. Cliff Apartments is located four blocks from the center of campus on the corner of Sumter and Whaley streets.

Features

• A variety of USC students live in Cliff Apartments, including EPI students, single graduate students, and families.
   
• All utilities are electric.
   
• Each Apartment is equipped with a garbage disposal.
   
• There is carpeting throughout the building.
   
• Paint color in all apartments is off-white.
   
• Blinds have been installed in all apartments.
   
• There is a playground in the back of the facility.
