EPI - Confidential Financial Certification
US Immigration requires EPI to have an official document or notarized
statement (see below) to prove that there is enough money to pay for 
educational and living expenses of $5700 per session of intended study. 
You may not need to use all of this money, but you must prove that it 
is available.
